Katy qualified as a Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist from Portsmouth University in 2022 with First Class Honours. She now spends her days helping patients to feel comfortable visiting and returning to the dental clinic. Katy has learned a lot working as a Dental Nurse over the past 12 years in a variety of settings including oral surgery and special care dentistry. Working alongside the Dental Therapists in special care was the driving point for Katy to pursue a career in dental therapy herself.
In addition to her work in dentistry, Katy is also working towards her Level 2 in Personal Training after winning 5th place in a body building competition.
