The hygienist is fantastic, she really looks after you

The Dentist is an expert in his field & I have full confidence in his ability to perform his duties on me. Last time he treated me, I was most impressed.

Efficiency in handling the issue and great courteousness

From start to finish I was made to feel comfortable & procedures were explained.

Everyone was kind and caring and put me at ease as I am quite nervous of dental treatment. My appointment was squeezed in as I needed to see someone quickly though not an emergency. My one and only dilemma at this point is that it’s a two month wait to my next appointment.

Staff are friendly, helpful and professional

I like and trust my dentist and I feel that every treatment option is explained thoroughly any time I need treatment. I also highly value having the same dentist for the past few years. There was- time when the dentists didn’t stay at the practice very long and that meant frequent changes which I found very unsettling. So it’s great that things are more settled now.

Friendly and helpful reception staff, minimum wait for appointment. Excellent Clinician who explained any issues. Dental Nurse very pleasant and both most professional.

Almost everything at Kingsclere is excellent. I am especially very very happy with Dentist Preetpal. My only complaint is that as a disabled person, accessibility up the outside stairs is very difficult so if you could do something to improve that accessibility it would be most helpful.

All options explained clearly, together with their possible consequences. Whole experience, whilst it couldn't be described as pleasurable, was as comfortable as could be expected for the desired outcome.

I used to hate the dentist but since becoming a patient here at Kingsclere, I have a different attitude, the receptionists are friendly and always helpful, my technician is helpful, understanding and has always put me at ease.

I am blown away with the treatment at kingsclere, the Reception team and Clinicians were so helpful and friendly. The Atmosphere is relaxed, calm and comfortable. The team take the time to explain in detail what treatment plans they propose and why.There is no condescending tone and you feel like the priority and not just another payment. The practice has the right amount of distractions without feeling overwhelming for those who suffer with anxiety.

I have been a client for over 40 years at this dental clinic and have had over this period very good service and advice from both the dentists and hygienists.

Preetpal is very friendly and calm. I'm not very relaxed in dentists chair, but I find him very good. I recently had a filling that was more like a tooth rebuild. It was carried out in a very calm and professional manner, I was most impressed.
