The dentist has really overcome my fear of Dentists

Polite. Courteous. On time and informative

Professional and friendly staff, although a few minutes late starting it was not a big issue although I was in a bit of a hurry on the day and just about finished on schedule.

Reception are the most warm and welcoming and are always smiling, Sam called me in and informed her nurse was Amy today. Everyone is so kind and caring would highly recommend kingsclere

Because they are a good lot at the Kingsclere Practice. They make sure you are comfortable and tell you what they are doing at each stage.

Reception staff were polite. My treatment took place in ground floor facilities to take account of my mobility issues. This required the dentist to relocate to accommodate me. Both hygienist and dentist were professional, capable, informative and courteous.

The hygienist is fantastic, she really looks after you

The Dentist is an expert in his field & I have full confidence in his ability to perform his duties on me. Last time he treated me, I was most impressed.

Efficiency in handling the issue and great courteousness

From start to finish I was made to feel comfortable & procedures were explained.

Everyone was kind and caring and put me at ease as I am quite nervous of dental treatment. My appointment was squeezed in as I needed to see someone quickly though not an emergency. My one and only dilemma at this point is that it’s a two month wait to my next appointment.

Staff are friendly, helpful and professional

I like and trust my dentist and I feel that every treatment option is explained thoroughly any time I need treatment. I also highly value having the same dentist for the past few years. There was- time when the dentists didn’t stay at the practice very long and that meant frequent changes which I found very unsettling. So it’s great that things are more settled now.

Friendly and helpful reception staff, minimum wait for appointment. Excellent Clinician who explained any issues. Dental Nurse very pleasant and both most professional.
